Sudan's public prosecutor has charged ousted President Omar al-Bashir
with incitement and involvement in the killing of protesters.
The
prices stem from an inquiry into the dying of a health practitioner
killed during protests that led to the cease of Mr Bashir's rule final
month.
Mr Bashir's destiny is unclear. He was once reportedly arrested after being ousted.
He is also facing an investigation over allegations of cash laundering and terror financing
In December, protesters commenced demonstrating towards a
authorities choice to triple the rate of bread. The protests quickly
morphed into big anger in opposition to the president's 30-year rule,
led by using doctors.
Five weeks into the protests, on 17 January,
witnesses said nation forces fired live ammunition at protesters and
killed a doctor.
He had been treating injured protesters in his home in Khartoum when police fired tear gas into the building.
A
witness instructed the BBC that the doctor had walked out with his
hands in the air, told the police he was a doctor and was immediately
shot.
He is one of dozens of humans killed throughout the anti-government protests.
The protesters later staged a sit-in backyard the army headquarters to demand the navy force the president out.
A

transitional period will remaining and the make-up of the three bodies.
Both issues have been important sticking points in talks between the two sides over the previous month.
Generals say the transitional duration need to be two years, whilst protesters prefer it to be 4 years.
