The National Working Committee (NWC) of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has congratulated the Governor of Kebbi State, Abubakar Atiku Bagudu on his election as the new Chairman, Progressives Governors’ Forum (PGF).
This used to be contained in a declaration Friday night time by way of Mallam Lanre Issa-Onilu, APC National Publicity Secretary.
It stated that Bagudu’s unanimous election was once well deserved.
“We notice Bagudu’s achievements in the agricultural sector, particularly rice manufacturing in Kebbi State which is in line with the diversification agenda of the President Muhammau Buhari-led APC administration.
“In line with the PGF’s Objectives of promotion true governance, ensuring developmental synergy throughout APC States and promoting the social democratic programmes of the APC, we are confident that under Bagudu’s leadership
the PGF will proceed to contribute to the growth of our outstanding party, promote our modern ideals and aid the President Buhari administration to proceed to supply on the guarantees made to the Nigerian people.
“We want Bagudu a profitable tenure as Chairman, Progressives Governors’ Forum (PGF)”, the announcement added.
